We believe that we as investors have a duty to be socially conscious and use our growing EOS platform to make a difference. Our mission is not only to follow the standards set by the UN (Sustainable Development Goals) but to actively create awareness in our portfolio for climate action and the need for diversity and inclusion.

We are aiming to address the major climate challenges and support the corresponding ecosystem. We have teamed up with Planted, an independent partner to challenge us on our greenhouse gas emission and offsetting our carbon footprint through climate protection projects in Germany. EOS has become climate positive since the beginning of 2022.

EOS’ governance model is built on the pillars of accountability, decisive decision-making and empowerment. Accountability limits internal politics, whereas limited internal politics empower free-thinking, which ultimately supports decisive decision-making.
